I've always had a deep desire for impact and a natural inclination to lead and manage people. However, my path to becoming a successful leader wasn't linear. In fact, I made my fair share of mistakes along the way, which I openly share in my recent TEDx talk . But I didn't let those mistakes define me. I was determined to understand what it truly meant to be a good leader. As I gained experience and discovered key insights and mindsets, I committed myself to sharing what I learned with my own team and clients. I firmly believe that work should be one of the most fulfilling aspects of our lives. Unfortunately, many of us find ourselves stressed and frustrated, especially as we ascend into leadership roles. It can feel isolating at the top, with no one ready to step up, leaving us unable to focus on bigger and better things. Additionally, we know that developing our team members is important, but finding the time and resources for it is a challenge. Traditional leadership development programs are often expensive and take employees away from their day-to-day work, making it difficult to apply their learnings effectively.
